The Sept Labour Day long weekend is only a few days away, it is early this year making it seems like we have two long weekends in August.   It also kind of feels like summer is over. Not to be pessimistic but I have really noticed that  it is quite a bit cooler now and it is getting darker earlier again. Who can believe that it is august and only 20 degrees outside in Kamloops!

I plan to be in town available for your pampering and pleasure this weekend. I will be making a new video over the weekend for all you loyal members. Hopefully some news pictures will be coming as well in the next few weeks. Don’t forget that you can view me on webcam anytime. Be passionate in all that you do.

Wow the summer sure has gone by fast!  I hope everyone is enjoying all that this great city has to offer. I actually was fortunate enough to have time to get down to music in the park this year a few times. How awesome is that to have free bands every night. Kamloops annual hot night in the city show and shine was pretty decent this year. I hadn’t been in about 9 years now. I also made it out to the NASCAR races in Vernon, it wasn’t quite as good as the race track in New York and Montréal but it still was fun. The drivers had to finish 300 laps and in the first 20 there was almost a fight between drivers and towards the end a few blown motors and much more. Hats off to our Sun peaks driver who stayed in the race just by hanging back taking his time, while many of the drivers in front were taken out of the race for various reasons as the race went on. NASCAR also had its first race in the rain in Montréal the other weekend which was something to see them driving while holding a squeegee out the window.   The track there isn’t the same throughout making it even more adventurous and daring. This past weekend I took in the Eagle Motorplex drag races in Ashcroft. As you can see I have an appreciation for cars.

The Sept long weekend is just around the corner and that means fall is  a month away, seems way to soon.
